Payment issue
I paid easily at first then used credit and after right away I got a 7036 error when trying to make my payment

Change my payment method
- Website is cluttered and hard to navigate.
- No option to update payment method on the site.
- App is not available and customer service is poor.
Pretty simple but you website is so cluttered and I simply need to change my payment method since the one on file was stolen. On my personal page there is no way to make that change and so I went to get your app on my phone.
Have you looked at that? WTF There's a hundred plus dating sites but no sign of Secret Benefits app on there so I can change my payment method and all you people hide and make it hard to trouble shoot.

Can't make an account
- I created an account years ago and added a profile link that violated policy.
- New account creation fails due to invalid or linked phone number.
I believe I created an account a couple years ago and added a link to my profile without realizing it was a violation. Every time I go on the site now to create a new account I get all the way through but when I submit my phone number it says it is invalid or associated without another account but I can't log into another account if I even used to have one.
I don't know what the exact issue is but it seems to be a technical issue and I would really love to just be able to create an account! If the company can help me do this I would really appreciate it.

Cant Login to the web site.
I use my email and password and it tells me password is not correct. So I click on Forgot Password and it says it will send an email to update my password. Never does.

I have emailed multiple times and have had no reply I want my accounts deleted and wiped from your system I no longer use either accounts so just get rid of them please I thought Id try on here because you dont reply to emails I dont get why Im trying to get rid of my accounts can you just do it please I cant log in to do it. Im not putting the accounts names on here I will give them when I get a reply from your reviewer or whoever looks on here for secret benefits. SORT THIS OUT!
